Can anyone recommend an accountant in Taipei who has experience with preparing US federal income tax returns and offers this service? (I would also be interested in hearing what the going market rates are for this kind of service.) Also, does anyone know of any tax attorneys in Taipei who have experience dealing with US income tax matters?

Yes, I would be interested in one as well. Previously I used one based in CA, but things have changed these past few years and I need a little more than phone/email service.

I did find a CPA after I started this thread, but I hesitate to recommend them now, because I had a couple of issues with one of my returns, including a penalty that seemed somewhat out of the blue for misreporting on an investment, so I'm also still hoping to find a CPA who is both reasonably priced and truly experienced with filing US taxes for Taiwan residents (as well as FBAR and other related reporting requirements).
