Risks of turning off UAC on Windows 7 to use Live ABC's website

Postby SlowRain » 15 Jun 2012, 23:41

My wife's school is using a website that requires me to turn off UAC on Windows 7 for it to work. I tend to like more security rather than less, so this makes me a little apprehensive. Does anyone have any advice regarding the risks of turning off UAC? Are there any ways to get the Live ABC website to run without having to do this?

This is the website in case anyone needs more information: http://kids.liveabc.com/
