I just bought one a couple of days ago at the Neihu 3C across the street from B&Q, it's from Logitech both Mac and PC it has a headset as well.
Noise reduction, excellent sound, I use it for my Skype calls overseas.

They have them in at least one store, bottom floor of NOVA, across from the Taipei Main Station. I also bought the Logitech USB mic, for 1500.

Newer laptops are usually equipped with one.
Are you looking for the boomstick type or the mic + headphones type?
Also Apple computers all have mics (desktop and laptop).
Like the other reply, 3C is a good place to go.

search 3c in google and it'll also list them on the map for you.
