I once found a thread that gave detailed rates per minute for several prepaid carriers. Now I can't find it. Anybody know where to find this information, here or elsewhere? I currently have Carrefor and want to switch to my girlfriend's network. Will I be able to take my number with me to another carrier if it's a prepaid phone?
