Hi
I got a work permit approved, I am leaving Taiwan soon because my visitor visa on Chinese study base expires.
I am applying for visitor visa on my home country.
After I am back to Taiwan, I plan to start work, and apply the resident visa and ARC.
while I wait for the resident visa and ARC, can I work?
I know basicly Visa just means I can stay, and work permit just means I can work,
but I am not sure if visitor visa is acceptable to work with.

Not legally, afaik. You need the whole package: work permit, resident visa and ARC.
