Need a good used 125

I know that this is the wrong forum but I'll try anyway. My bud just got whacked with a 1,500 NT fine on a random spot check of his scoot for pollution. He needs to buy something better. NOW! He's not picky as he only uses the scoot in his Tianmu area to get to MRT and some local shopping. He would prefer not to buy new. He just wants something basic that will pass the pollution police.
PM if you have something that would fit the bill.
MOD: Sorry, I know it's in the wrong place but he needs it soon.

Or possibly fix what he's got?

A bizarre concept hereabouts, I know.....Just trying to think outside the Chinese box.

You can hide all windows, revealing only what's on the computer desktop, with one keystroke: Windows key+D in Windows, F11 on Macs (or, on recent Mac laptops, Command+F3; Command is the key with the cloverleaf logo). That's great when you want examine or delete something you've just downloaded to the desktop, for example. Press the keystroke again to return to what you were doing.
