Good luck ... old cars only attract old women!

Cars today have absolutely no character. It is difficult for me to distinguish between a Toyota Tercel and a Lexus at ten paces. All cars now are either black, silver or white. They are all boring to drive no matter how many gadgets and buttons they have. When you lift up the bonnet you are confronted with what appears to be a plastic box rather than an engine.
If you offered me either a new Mercedes Benz or car from the 1960's, I'd choose the.......Mercedes Benz. Then I'd immediately sell it to buy several cars with character. Actually, perhaps just one car with character and some tools and parts so I can continue to maintain it. And a microwave because I need a microwave oven.
So it doesn't matter how many big exhausts, how many silly European plates from Japan, how many devil signs or stickers or microwave ovens you put on your cars - you're all driving the same, boring, dull contraptions that everyone else is driving around.*
