Thanks Finley. I've got a crappy old Sony Cybershot and the display is degrading. That was shot on the Macro option. I think I'm going to get one of the new mirrorless cameras. I had an SLR years ago and I remember lugging it around everywhere.
No, I don't know what the wiggly guy is either, but there were loads of them hanging from the trees at that temple. It was crazy.
Don't get the Chanel reference I'm afraid. Is it an ad on TV? I hardly watch any.
Trust me, after the cybershot you won't get/like any other camera that even compares to it. Those cybershots are fab....mine is a 3.2 mega pix thingy only, but I absoloutely lurrrve it!

Mine's a very old one though. About 5 or 6 years I think. It's got an awful delay between shots and between pressing the shutter and taking the shot. And the zoom - wide angle-ness is really limited. The best thing about it is that it's tiny and I can carry around with me absolutely anywhere.
Nah, I think I'm definitely going to get one of the mirrorless cameras that are like SLRs in many ways but half the weight. Then if I want to be adventurous and get different lenses I can.
I just really, really need a new camera. Going home soon so maybe I can get one duty free.
