I'm planning on taking classes at the TLI Roosevelt center. Does anyone know what the average price is for renting a simple room in that area, or a place close by. Incidentally, what is the name of that area?
Thanks

The area is called Guting. It's close to the Shi-Da university (which sometimes is also used to identify the area). Gongguan is not too far away either, a bit further down on Roosevelt Rd.
