Ok, I'll bite. Because they have Taiwan ID cards and everyone accepts them as locals.

Really. I like gay guys. Some of my best friends have gay friends. What I can't understand however, is why the fat chicks gravitate towards them.

I have to disagree about the stupid people vs. intelligent people better looking debate. I am both extremely handsome and intelligent. There are exceptions to every rule.
