You can live here and have a great life and not be the least bit into living the local life. Clowns will try to diss you for it saying you gotta get down with the program, but fuck em, treat this place like a buffet and yous be on a diet. Take what you want and nothing extra, slam those oysters, but leave the bread sticks and dinner rolls behind. - Deuce Dropper

I'm much more of a nasty rotter in real life, especially with vapid or vacuous verbiage from the ill read & intellectually challenged. - TheGingerMan

Wish I could be dancing now in the arms of the girl I love

line gets me every time.

It's raining again here. I'm rising up like a beautiful bubble to the surface.

Can't believe you didn't post this one. "I'm David Bowie I live down the road,,would you like to pop around for a glass of absinthe and gang bang a few tranny clowns?"

My FAVORITE Christmas song

and again since it's the only song I listen to on Christmas day in an infinite loop.
I dress up like Santa Claus, drink myself unconscious then fall a sleep in a puddle of urine.

Elvis when he approached being cool...(I still think Johnny Burnett was way more hillbilly cool than ole Elvis), too many "Ooh Wah Wah" studio back up singers though

If any new arrival needs assistance in Taipei, I can provide it in exchange for Star Trek or Supernatural (the TV series) stuff or other sci-fi materials. Let me know what help you need by PM, along with what you have to offer in return. And yes, I am serious.

Here are a couple melancholy (but lovely) Christmas songs.

I was going to post the David Bowie, Bing Crosby thing later. It is such a lovely thing that I thought it would be great as Christmas got closer. Sort of as a finale. Somebody beat me to it.
It is also good to see Vince Guraldi getting some love. The Charlie Brown Christmas is the best Christmas special ever :bravo: .
