Nope, and worse: the media publicity blitz has started... Beiber everywhere, 24-7. "baby, baby, baby oooohhhhh"... :noway:

For those who want something less Bieber-ish, there will be Metal at NTU this Sunday.

No idea if they are well known outside Europe, but reasonably famous Helloween (Germany) and Stratovarius (Finland) are here, and it's cheap (NT$1000 or something like that).

They shall grow not old
As we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them
Nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun
And in the morning
We will remember them

As it is, we seem to regard it as a positive objection to a reasoner that he has taken one side or the other. We regard it (in other words) as a positive objection to a reasoner that he has contrived to reach the object of his reasoning. We call a man a bigot or a slave of dogma because he is a thinker who has thought thoroughly and to a definite end.

True. Saw him in Honolulu in about '95. Highly recommend it; good vibes all round.

I saw Santana many years ago and I didn't pay no hundred bucks to get in.

Well, exactly how many many years ago was that?

Both well-known if you're into Metal! Will Bieber be there?

Eh, I had written it was the Guitar Heaven Concert. However, on TV they are announcing the Latin Music Concert. Aside from the the songs line-up being different -sniff, sniff I was already drooling over Santana's rendition of Fortunate Son- and band being diferent, what else are we getting/not getting?

I'd love him to play Europa. Even Oye como Va. Meaning if he plays Smooth and all that latest blah I'll be most distressed.

Difference between this:

“Whole Lotta Love” Chris Cornell
“Sunshine Of Your Love” Rob Thomas
“Can’t You Hear Me Knockin’” Scott Weiland
“Dance the Night Away” Pat Monahan
“While My Guitar Gently Weeps” india.arie and Yo-Yo Ma
“Bang A Gong” Gavin Rossdale
“Smoke On the Water” Jacoby Shaddix
“Photograph” Chris Daughtry
“Back In Black” Nas
“Little Wing” Joe Cocker
“Riders On the Storm” Chester Bennington and Ray Manzarek
“I Ain’t Superstitious” Jonny Lang

“Fortunate Son” Scott Stapp
"Under the Bridge" Andy Vargas (European Edition Roch Voisine)
"La Grange" Kenichi Asai (Japanese Edition only)

And this:
1. LORD’S PRAYER / YALEO
2. SINGING WINDS CRYING BEASTS / BLACK MAGIC WOMAN / GYPSY QUEEN
3. OYE COMO VA
4. MARIA MARIA
5. FOO FOO
6. CORAZON ESPINADO
7. JINGO
8. EUROPA
9. **ANGEL LOVE/ BLUES JAM
10. **CHUMPY
11. BATUKA/ NO ONE TO DEPEND ON
12. CARLOS JAM
13. SHE’S NOT THERE
14. EVIL WAYS/ A LOVE SUPREME
15. SUNSHINE OF YOUR LOVE
16. SMOOTH/ DAME TU AMOR

WOODSTOCK CHANT

17. SOUL SACRIFICE
18. BRIDEGROOM/ INTO THE NIGHT
19. LOVE, PEACE,& HAPPINESS/ FREEDOM
