I agree, but I don't/can't blame the selected personalities we all know by name. It is the embedded hatred of the 'enablers', the masses that buy these people books that I blame. Ann Coulter is no different than any other fringe entertainer, needing to make their money through shock and awe. This is all she is, and all she ever will be.

Imagine the look of horror on the cashiers face when they see someone buying an Ann Coulter book.....
