Looking for ATM with Maestro withdrawing facility

Okay, so I found out the issue is simply that I cannot take out more than 10,000 NTD at a time. Which is fine, except when you have just arrived and need to pay tuition, deposit and rent all at once.

So, anyone else dealing with this problem, just take out less money and use Cirrus as your card type.
