White men like Asian faces, White women like black faces

if this answers any questions...or asks new ones? Iv always found many more white men with Asian ladies then the other way around. And many more white women with black men then with Asian men.

And thats here in CAlif.

One does NOT see a lot of white male / black female pairings either. Less then one percent of White woman / black male pairings.

Race does tend to carry a lot of influence .

Sillyness! I read the report. There are so many factors they don't mention, just silly. Go back 50 years in America and do the same report.

I am white and like white, black, brown faces etc. It depends on the guys face. Idris Elba has a stunning face, Will Smith for me is just a bit cute, not special. George Clooney is OK in the face, nice, but Guy Pearce is ! Whatever.

About the male member. My last roomate was a nurse in Taichung and she said a lot of Taiwanese men over 30 are not so, shallI say as firm as you'd think. Why? According to her stress and bad habits are making them tired, limp. Too much sitting, pressure and overwork and yes even diet. While She said that most of the foriegners in the same age bracket in Taipei & Taichung are more relaxed less stressed and could be in better shape than their counterparts back home.

And yes you need to know how to use it. We don't want a wet noodle , but a fat pencil is useless unless you know how to write.

As a Black man, I must say that this is false. White men might like Asian faces (as well as the fact that they are typically in shape in comparison to Western women; I'm not White so I can't really speak on this, but I am a man that likes Asian women for these reasons), but White women certainly don't like Black faces. if anything, they might like muscular Black men or "other stereotypes", but few White women ever comment about Black facial features being attractive.

Also, outside of the celebrity world, most of the White women that go for Black men are the fat ones or otherwise unattractive ones that Whites and other races don't want. Black men just fill a void or serve as the "dating game janitors" (a role that I refuse to play, which is part of the reason why I have many lonely nights).

You must not hang out with the white girls that are my friends. I like all kinds of male faces, white, black, Asian. Many black men have very masculine faces. That is attractive. Facial hair, like goatees looks very nice on black faces IMO. If you were to spy on some white girls hanging out with other white girls you'd know better. Oh well....and yes that body, but that face.

That guy looks mixed. His face harbors more Caucasoid features (sorta like the male version of Halle Berry). A full-on Negroid probably wouldn't be considered as attractive, or attractive at all.

Shemar Moore from TV, and you can't be serious, he's black, but has some mixture. Now you are getting into semantics "full on negriod" C'mon! LL Cool J?

Anyway if you ask me who my favorite current actor might be now (after Clooney ) it's Idris Elba. A great looking guy. So now what?

Didn't read the article, but sociology class a while back said that the black race, including both males and females, was stereotyped by traditional American society as further to the masculine side of the traditional gender binary (taller, bigger, rougher, hypersexual, more physical) while Asian race was stereotyped as to the feminine side of the traditional gender binary (quieter, reserved, more mellow, shorter, weaker), with whites as the norm (obviously).

Thus black males would be more masculine than white males and Asian females would be more feminine than white females--in other words making black men more like men and more Asian female more like women. On the other hand, black females would be more masculine than average and Asian men would be more feminine than average, thus making them less attractive to traditional heterosexual people of opposite sex.

As far as I can tell the study took place in the UK, as it was done by the University of Cardiff. It would be disappointing but not surprising if it was only conducted on UK citizens and then the results then extrapolated to all white people, as if white cultures and attitudes didn't differ from country to country.

They compare actual message reply rates (if a subject chose to reply to a message or ignore it) with what should occur if the members were completely unbiased as to race.

According to their survey, white women prefer white men over every other race, and white men's preference seems to be Middle Eastern and Pacific Island over Asian women.

But of course this is all pretty meaningless on an individual level as there are so many other variables that influence attractiveness.
