Hello all,

I'm a 27 yr old male, Asian-American (from the east coast), that has been living in Taipei permanently for the past year, but have been visiting Taiwan every summer since I was 4.

I admin the (unofficial) Forumosa cycling club as well as the (unofficial) tennis meet-up group here on the forums. If you have interest in either cycling or tennis, feel free to give me a PM! I will add you to either LINE/FB group.

If you're not into either of those and looking for those hidden gems, small eats or places that don't show up on a tour, shoot me a PM.

Hello Jenny,

I would say Vapiano at ATT4fun is a good place to hang out.

If you haven't been there, I have a meetup group, and maybe we can set up a dinner gathering there.

Looking forward to meeting you,

James

Are there any competitive gamers around?
Kind of miss it, almost went pro during the q3 and cs1.5 era

Might be fun to sit around at the clubs all weekend talking LoL strats before taking a girl home

I am planning on arriving in Taiwan the first week of October; just waiting on a final contract!

Would love to do some meetups/hangouts with people. Pretty much the only thing I don't enjoy is clubbing. Every now and then it's okay but not for meeting new people (too loud; too expensive).

One thing I would really love to do is hiking. Especially as the weather cools down a bit.

Oh, and I'm 29 and from California.
