Yep, Tiby like they said, many foreigners are actually pretty cool :D just avoid to hang out with the loser ones. Now have to think going to a place where foreigners normally hang out??? I bet that become a girlfriend is actually not that difficult here. Also a lot of people can help you out to find some places to meet guys :)
'Cause is a long way to the top....If you wanna rock and roll !

Tiby you should talk to foreigners on the MRT, you will never meet foreign men if you do not talk outside with them.

Foreign men meet women on the street and in bars and everywhere Taiwanese men do not.

Hey people,
I'm a 22 year old overseas Taiwanese girl, and I came back to Taiwan in the end of April. I do have some friends here but most of them are all working or busy all the time, and I'd love to have more friends, to go to movies and other events together (I went to Avengers alone!). So PM me ^^

hahahahahaha XD indeed.

is 'meet up' some new lingo I am not aware of or did you simply omit the 'with'?

Unless you want to stalk them at their places of employment (for most kindies and buxibans) you need to hit the club scene, but then if you do hang out outside of the schools, someone might take you for a pedo or kidnapper and you will have some explaining to do. For the record (because I have a sneaky suspicions sarcasm is not your strong suit) don't stalk them, its creepy, just like staring too long, being lecherous or asking someone's blood type.

White girls seem to be everywhere these days, once the pool parties starts there should be a sprinkling there, you can always check the events page, and whenever DJ Buxiban or any other white fella is DJing you can expect a whole gaggle of crackerettes to be in attendance, and if that fails, just roll by Revolver, the white girls seem to like it there.

If you want student pisstanks, hit up the all you can drink joints near Shi-Da, and if you want a white model, bring 20K NT$ for the drinks you'll buy them to Spark and get a booth.

They've heard terrible things from their aunties about what you will do to them if you catch them.

I don't think they're afraid of YOU specifically. Some Taiwanese people get awfully shy speaking to foreigners, even if you speak Mandarin. And then some of them don't. Just make sure to waste no time on the former and you'll be fine.
