It's a trademark.

I wouldn't say there's much of a story. If you click on the logo below, you will see this explanation:
What's This Logo?
Mabuhay! This "Proudly Pinoy" logo expresses pride in being Filipino. It is available for all Filipino designed or owned websites. If you are a Filipino or have a Filipino site, please support this project and express your pride of being Pinoy, by posting this logo on your Pinoy site or blog!

So Forumosa is Filipino designed or owned? Pretty cool actually.

Mabuhay is live well?

Buhay is life and Ma makes it a verb right?

Yep, Pinoy-owned since Day 1

Mabuhay translates into "Live well" or "Prosper" or even better: "live long and prosper" (now, where have I heard that before?)

That's a very logical translation.

To marry her you just need to propose her. And she needs to accept it, of course. :)
If she's divorced, that shouldn't be a problem (unless she has a very jealous ex-husband who promised to kill anyone who dates her...)
Being married to a Taiwanese gives you the right of residence in Taiwan, which means that you can live and work here. Doing that forever may be a bit difficult as humankind are still struggling to live over 100 years... :D
