Are we speaking hypothetically?

I haven't had a problem meeting guys personally. The problem is in finding one who is datable and interested.

Besides, a lot of Taiwanese guys I speak to have little interest in dating Western girls. They either go for Taiwanese, or if they go foreign they go for Chinese or Vietnamese. I guess they want girls who are more "brainwashable".

Those hash people ran by my house during the last typhoon. Not bad at all. I am going to have to third that suggestion.

The fact that I am reading this thread at all can't be a good sign.

No worries Kage, I read threads about where to find 'nice girls'. Hopefully it means nothing. :)

Or maybe just similar cultures?

My buddy at NYU is hearing about white kids bitch and moan about how the Asian guys are stealing their "girls." Zee roles have reversed!

I think they are fibbing when they say this, so as not to upset us.

I think virtually all of them would love to get their hands on a Western girl. They grow up inundated with Hollywood images, why wouldn't they?

Another reason why they tell whitey they aren't interested. They know how hard white guys tend to take it.

Ten years ago, I could see only zero Taiwanese guy hold a western girl's hand on the street. However, 30+ couples like this I can see per year. Things change gradually.
