Good place to order DVD's for children in Chinese?

Can anyone suggest a good place to order some "educational" childrens shows on DVD in Chinese? My MIL brought a couple back a month ago or so but I'd love to be able to just order some when I want.

What are the popular childrens shows over there? The one we have now is by Momo.

We subscribed to that magazine and every month we get a dvd and a magazine for a kid. They sell dvds with cartoons without a subscription. The cartoon dvds are different from these subscribed, but all are about the main character Qiaohu.
You can also get in Taiwan Penelope in Chinese, but this one I am not sure if you can order online. I am sure there are more, we just chose these two in Chinese.
