Potty training squat toilet for toddlers

Postby Teddoman » 17 Oct 2013, 02:45

Has anyone ever heard of or seen a potty training squat toilet? I figure if one exists, it's probably sold in Asia.

We have something like the Potette Plus for when we go outside, which gets kind of close, but I was wondering if there's anything a bit more permanent looking for use in the home and maybe an actual squat toilet where they don't sit on anything and just squat with their pullup down at their ankles.

My daughter's kindergarten teacher recommended we have her practice squatting over her potty, in the bath. Most toddlers will take their pants off when they first use the squat toilet. It's very hard for girls to aim over their pants, or pull them back and balance properly so as not to fall in the toilet.
