ISO pastry crusts

Postby pengyou » 28 Apr 2012, 08:39

I am looking for a dough to make pigs in a blanket. Is there a place in (preferably) Xinchu or Taizhong that will sell frozen pastry dough? or the Pillsbury pop'n fresh stuff? Taipei or other places would be a second option.

and also big box grocery stores have it, carrefour & RT mart. I've seen it in the chain grocery stores in Taipei too, Welcome and Matsusei.

Good quality sausage would be harder to find I think....

I just use Krusteze bought at COSTCO. Just a dip and deep fry. Guess I am not that particular about "pigs". mmmmmm. better leave it there.

Krusteze is a brand, making things like cookie mixes, pancake mix, etc.; what product name under that brand are you using? Is it a frozen sheet pastry crust, or what? Just curious.
