Clam Juice

Postby Enigma » 31 May 2006, 02:47

I am looking for "Clam Juice". Before enyone suggests to "Keep Clam" I am inquiring about plain old clam juice. Has anyone seen it? I really miss clam diggers and clam juice is a neccesary (hate spelling that word) ingrediant. Directions, suggestions that can be legitimately posted?

1 1/2 quarts Clam juice (actually it calls for Clamato, which is a mix containing some clam juice)
1/2 cup vodka
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 dashes hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2-1 teaspoon all purpose Greek seasoning
fresh ground pepper
Garnish
celery ribs

It's also the name for a kind of 3/4-length pants.
