I love it to cook, but where can I find the right herbes and spices? Basil? Mint? Thyme? Savory? and and and? Are they cooking here with nothing? I mean, it seems to be a country without fresh herbes?!?!?!
I have a smal place here in shan chong I go to where if inf must things I look for, it's some kind off bakery supply store I think.
I don't know the adres, but I will try to find next time.
I'm currently trying to get my herb garden growing.
Mint is doing well and some hot chilies are showing promise.
I hope to add 6 or 8 more to it.
My promise of habenero seeds turned out to be an envelope with a bunch of habenero powder and pieces...but damn its hot stuff!. He trying to get some more seeds to send me.
If I get more, they grow and do well I'll share the seeds or starter plants. When it happens.
